Late May this year I finished my year long road trip and chose to make Norway my home. I decided to spend the summer in Voss before starting work this fall... one of the best decisions I have made. Alternating periods of rain and sun have kept the water levels near perfect and the Solo has been my boat of choice. Along with an amazing choice of creeks Voss has a strong female paddling community... always a lot of fun after spending a lot of time paddling with the boys. The last two months have been incredible... many extraordinary days on the river, catching up with new and old friends, a great couple festivals (Sjoa and Voss Extreme Week) and breath taking scenery around every corner.
