Fluid Kayaks Team

After weeks of begging and pleading I managed talk Celliers into making my new Element in custom pink. Why Pink? I chose pink because it would match my Nemesis; it would be ‘one-of-a-kind’; it would be more than visible on the water and it wasn’t BLUE.

On the 2nd of May this year I took my new kayak out for its first proper paddle at Nahoon Reef. In the design process the Element prototypes were great and I thought the production Element would be similar; the Element went from being great as a prototype to being awesome in production. Never before have I paddled a kayak that makes me smile whenever I take a stroke.

As soon as one catches a wave the Element accelerates like no other allowing one to either carve with the wave or throw snappy aerial move. The element is the ultimate wave kayak!
