Fluid Kayaks Team

Long time I didn't give you some news... So I have to take the time to upload some photos and blabla to keep you in touch on what was going on!!!

On April I was in Corsica with lot of Fluid team paddlers, our team manager David Arnaud and our great and dear boss Celliers to discover and enjoy rivers of Corsica. I'm sure you saw that in a previous post on this blog.

On May, I was in the French Pyrenees with my buddy Eric Deguil to paddle the jewels of this crazy place!! The Pyrenees are probably the best place to paddle on May/June with lot of different rivers everywhere. Every 30 minutes of driving you've a new river!! Thanks Eric for the week!!

Val in the hard Class V Gorges of Luz. Eric and Val did the 5 kilometers of the Gorges of Luz in 20 minutes...

Our buddy Pierre swam in the hardest section of the Gorges and we don't have the choise, the only and simple way to take him out was the air... We called the Mountain Security for that.

Marc Girardin enjoys the Element on the Flip Flap playspot. The Gave de Pau river was super Flood and the Flip Flap was massive!!!!

On June 8th to 14th I was in Italy on Val Chuisella and in Ivrea to compet at the famous Teva Extrem Outdoor Games!! It's always a real pleasure to be present at this event, this year was special for me, because I was Team Captain for the Extrem Kayak World Championship by team of nation.

The individual long race, Top 20 super sprint, team long race took place in Val Chuisella and the individual sprint, individual slalom race, team slalom race and the crazy boater cross took place in Ivrea.

One weeks after the Teva Games I was at the Adrenagliss Summer Festival in Rivières sur Tarn (near Albi, France southern). The program of the festival was simple: Water Jump!! The last weekend of June took place the 2nd edition of the Natural Games in Millau (France southern) who are beginning one of the best outdoor sports event in France and in Europe!!

I'm sure you know this boat... the best boat for the party!!

On July, I was one week in the French Alps in L'Argentière la Bessée for the slalom national champs. We also enjoyed the rivers of the region.

For the next, I'll travel one month in Europe with sandiline for a promo tour. We'll be in Thun (Switzerland) for the freestyle worlds, in Seu de Urgell (Spain) the slalom worlds, at the Kanu Messe (Germany) and of course at the Adidas Sickline the extrem kayak worlds (Austria). All that should be awesome!!
